Calculators

Calculators

These calculators help ADRCs complete UDS and FTLD module forms that require specific score calculations. By entering form responses, the tools automatically generate the correct values, ensuring accuracy and saving time during data collection. Links to the different forms and calculators are available in the left-hand menu.
