Past ADRC Meetings
The Alzheimer's Disease Research Centers (ADRC) program holds biannual meetings that bring together leading researchers, clinicians, and administrators from across the network. These meetings serve as crucial platforms for sharing the latest research findings, discussing best practices, and fostering collaboration among centers.
Each meeting focuses on different Scientific Cores, reflecting the comprehensive nature of ADRC research. While ADRCs are required to maintain eight core components (Administrative, Clinical, Data Management and Statistics, Neuropathology, Outreach Recruitment and Engagement, Biomarker, Imaging, and Research Education), individual Centers may also develop specialized cores based on their unique strengths and research focuses. This flexibility allows the network to address the complex challenges of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias from multiple angles.
